It's your bank that sets the fees you will be charged so you'll need to check their website or call them to find out what they charge.
I use a Citibank visa debit card and it has no fees so I get street rate or sometimes better.
Some ATMs charge an additional Rp20-25K fee but you will be informed on the screen and have to elect to continue, just like some ATMs at home do.
