There's a bar/ restaurant at Headquarters which is on the beachside of The Grand Inna Kuta hotel. All you have to do is purchase food or drink and you can use the infinity pool and sun lounges all day. Nice and relaxing on the beachfront watching the world go by. The Kuta beach markets are next door and Matahari just behind.
