You need to be an expert in your field. Show 5 years worth of experience minimum and a degree in that field.
Then the employer needs to prove an Indonesian cannot do that role to apply for a foreigner to work. The employer needs to have a company registered to employer foreigners. The work permit is $1200, then the emote can get the visa (Kitas).
