As I understand it Air Asia diverted into Bali twice for medical emergencies so what does that have to do with it being a budget airline?, whether they did or not I don't know but A/A claimed they paid for accommodation etc for the passengers so what else would/could a full service airline have done, and if as claimed they were not allowed to fly out if ALL the passengers that arrived were not on board that would have been the same for any full service airline.
