i booked with tiger mel-dps for may/jun.. then i foudn out they still dont have full approval to fly this route yet. i didnt notice the small wording when i booked and it doesnt mention anything on my ticket now but i just checked today and the msg still comes up on new bookings saying *subject to regulatory approval. i complained to tiger about false advertisement and that this isnt fair cause what if it gets close to the date and they dont fly. do we get put on virgin planes as they are wanting tiger to be their budget carrier.. i took this quite far with tiger and other complaint avenues and i have someone from tiger call me every 2 weeks with an update which stil is that they are waiting to be approved. im very angry that they even sold tickets and wonder why a month out from "flying" certain routes, they still dont have approval. not good! i hope for our sake , everytthing works out and we can fly.. it is virgins plane and virgins pilots but covered with tiger paint/uniforms etc.. very nervous wait
