Some "art shops" (clothes etc) - some will be open, others closed at different times of the day depending when they will have ceremonies, and some will just be closed for a day. You will find that the Muslim run shops will be open as normal. I think you will find enough open to do your shopping (10th will be the quietest of the Balinese Hindu run shops).
Just put up our Penjor today ... nice ! :-)
