twice I have watched 2 really small warungs cook food for me. Best food, amazing spices {read here, not dumbed down for western palettes...}I have gone back the next day and asked if they can show me how to make {via a balinese mate as translator} Many laughs, I learnt alot. Sorry no recipe book, impromptu as I said!
