I have done the Paon Cooking Class in Ubud twice. The day starts with the markets, then to the family rice paddies, then to the family compound for the class. It is a great experience to learn about the culture in addition to cooking, and the hosts are so generous and funny. Their set up is super professional now with plenty of workstations so everybody can have a hands on experience. It runs smoothly and at a good pace, and the feast at the end is delicious. Definitely recommend, even my sceptical husband that I 'dragged along' loved it and raves to everyone.
