There is some gluten free bread in Bali but is mostly served at cafes like Watercress and Sea Circus. Take your own and ask the hotel to put it in the freezer. When we last stayed at the Balisani and asked about gluten free bread they told us to bring our own next time and they could then make meals for us using the bread.
