Flying Jetstar from Perth-Bali dep tax?

Hi, is there anyone who has flown Jetstar since the changes made to how you pay the departure tax?
Just trying to find out when the ~$22 / 200K is being collected.
I've read various things - collected at Pth Apt before you get on to plane to head to Bali (I guess in AUD) and also being paid at DPS - I assume on departure in rupiah?
I have managed to go in and prepay it on a AA flight but I don't think this is an option on Jetstar.
