....unfortunately when it comes to drugs there are no winners. And no one forced my brother to stick a needle in his arm but he did for the first time at the age of 17. I'm not really sure why the only answer I have to this is growing up in an alcoholic family he probably thought that heroin was a better option but I will never know as I never got to ask him why. But as I said before I have seen first hand the devastation of heroin addiction, but having said that I have also seen how alcohol also destroys families and alcohol is legal.
