Arrived late Tuesday Night, some delays with Jetstar out of Melbourne...too many cases loaded on board so we had to wait until the three extras were discovered and removed. Off and through customs etc with speed, first to the baggage collection and ours were near to last to arrive.
Met with our transport to our Seminyak villa, our dear friends and their children were following on a later flight with Air Asia.
Very happy with our villa, the kids are rapt with the pool.
Priorities on the first morning,money changer,Carrefour for supplies then off to Ketuts to check out the prices. Afer some later bartering experiences our first timer friends have decided the fixed price option is definitely their preference!!
Anyway,first night dinner at Ultimo was just lovely.(Thanks forumites for the recommendations)
Apparently it rained overnight...I didn't hear a thing.A last minute swim before bed saw me comatose in seconds!!
I am writing this with the sounds of the kids singing the praises of the Bali cereal. They are off to Waterbom but us oldies are having a lazy day. Weather lovely today.. rate 9970. Will write a JBR on return.
