Maybe they have a conditional dispensation.....I am sure that someone in Jakarta has a fair investment in Circle K!!
Odd about the spirits etc though as I thought the directive was for below 5%.
Would ditching the spirits and premixes be part of the compromise in order to keep the beer?
Such a move, if it is in fact an "arrangement" would give Circle K a nice commercial advantage over their many competitors.
