Four of us stayed here last June and thought it was very well run and in a good location. It's close to everything that you need in Kuta and the breakfast was quite extensive, actually the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed in (over 3 weeks in bali/Lombok). Rooms are clean and modern and it's only a 6 or so minute walk to beach with lots to see on the way. They do charge service tax (20% I think)and the like, which hikes up the cost of eating a bit, but you don't have to eat/drink there coz there's heaps of eating places right on your doorstep. I would recommend.
