Movies to hard-drive contacts

I have been trying to contact Balibagus dvd's in relation to having movies placed on a hard drive.Contact through their website has gone unanswered as has an email to an address (moviesbali@hotmail.com)which I sourced from this forum. Has anyone else had these problems or have an alternative contact where I could get dvd's onto a hardrive? Leaving on Tuesday and the list is prepared!!Thanks in advance for your help.
