Laghawa in Sanur and loved it. It gets mixed reviews on tripadvisor and we was pleasantly surprised at how good it was for $60 pn or less depending whether you can get a better deal direct with the hotel. The staff are wonderful. Laghawa is on the beach, near Hardys and heaps of restaurants and on the beach. It's a long narrow property, all rooms are ground floor and some with walk in showers :-) The Laghawa has an affordable restaurant at the front and on some nights the staff but on a Balinese show. It has a lovely pool area. The beach has limited free hotel sun beds, there are others but you have to pay for them. Deluxe rooms have a fridge the standard room don't but you can hire one.
