What sort of Citibank card

Is the one u load your own money on and get charged no fees

I still have my 28 degrees credit card, but only use that to pay for holidays, not to withdraw cash

Am travelling to a few places later this year and will need different currencies, so want to load up a card, as don't want to carry to much cash
