Melbourne to Denpasar on 16/3 and then flew home direct flight to melbourne on 28/3, we were a little late taking off on melbourne but I have no complaints at all. Airasia is a no frills airline so I expected to pay for everything, but as we were on the first direct flight we received a free backpack, small bottle of water and a chicken and rice lunch.......winner,winner chicken dinner!
All of this for $78 each way.
Having said all of this we did book on the Monday night and flew out of melbourne on the Wednesday morning, I really don't think any airline try's to inconvieniance their customers, but sometimes delays happen
Safe flight and happy holidays to you!
