There are many yoga retreats to choose from in Bali, some are expansive, offering live-in detox and yoga/meditation session with healthy lifestyle coaching. The more affordable option is to visit a tourist location, such as Ubud, where many yoga centers are located, organize your own accommodation and attend daily yoga sessions that suit your program. One, I have used is the Yoga Barn, it has accommodation, at reasonable prices I believe, I haven't stayed their, but they have a detailed weekly program of sessions available on their website. Yoga sessions for about 90min cost 110,000rp or about $11. They supply mat, pillows and rugs so you can choose to supply your own or use theirs. There is a health cafe on site and their yoga sessions range from beginner to advanced including acro yoga and sound meditation. Spirit Hotel is another place and there are heaps of other options in and around Ubud.. There are many health based cafes, so if you keep researching you will come up with some great options for a yoga based / health week. Add in some massages, spa treatments and reflexology, there are many to choose from. You could vary your week with physical activity such as scenic walks or village bike riding tour if you would like a change of scenery mid week.
