Hi. I can't say anything about the Casa Padma, but would like to contribute that we just booked Lokha Legian for cheaper than the rate showing on the internet, by contacting them personally by email. Booked for five nights in August for US $140 night for a super deluxe poolside room (which we prefer to to the ones on the two floors above). That was net including tax and breakfasts. They even waived the peak season $20 night surcharge, perhaps because we mentioned we had stayed there before. We like Puri Raja too and got that for US $97 standard room because of "special campaign rate" -including tax and breakfasts. Again, we contacted the hotel directly by email.
