Hi Aussie Mum - The AUD $22 is departure tax from Indonesia. Formerly charged at the airport when leaving, you had to line up at the desks and pay 200,000 rupiah per person. Since early February you pay it as tax on your ticket.
I confirmed recently because we had booked through frequent flyers and could not see what the tax was for. $22 on Jetstar - departure tax from Indonesia.
