The going rate for airport transport????

In the past we have used a bigger company for day transport and airport pick up.

Our last trip November 2014 the airport pick up to Kumala Pantai Legian cost 150,000rp.
The same company is now quoting 250,000rp.
Is that the going rate now??????
From airport to Legian.
She is traveling with 2 small children on her own.

Could anyone also please tell me the going rate for day and 1/2 day transport.
Has there been a petrol increase since November?????
