of Jakarta mini marts are not allowed to see beer. There are no beach bars there either. The unemployment rate there would be over 30%. These laws are made in Jakarta. Do you think that they worry about unemployment in Bali. There is NO welfare system in Indonesia. Why would the Government worry about it. It will commence for the Mini marts early April.
