Nothing showed up on mine until Yesterday and I fly home tomorrow, and yes $22 per head.
AA is making up a dollar or so with very poor exchange rates for the 200,000rp.
Friends went home 4 days ago and had the bill for $22 per person on numerous emails and phone texts but at the airport only paid the required 200,000rp
