The Bali Best Rate is the Street Rate.
If you toddle around to the PT Dirghahayu office near Bemo Corner in Kuta. you will get the same rate as the Bali Best Rate.
There may be higher rates advertised by clothes shops in Kuta, but then you are dealing with thieves.
