Last week, I bought a one way ticket from DPS to MEL for Rp 895,000.
On the itinerary, the only taxes shown are Rp 200,000 Departure Tax and Rp 200,000 Arrival Tax.
AA has been including the Bali Airport Departure Tax of Rp 200,000 in the ticket price since 1 March 2015.
I have another AA Itinerary for PER to DPS return, which I bought in February for $A168. It shows $A85.00 Airport Tax and Fees plus $A15.00 Arrival Tax. With this itinerary, I expect to pay another Rp 200,000 at Bali Airport when I leave Bali.
