Whats new is that Indonesia has extended the list of countries that it is offering negotiations for mutual visa free access to 45 countries.
This list includes the UK and the Netherlands (former colonial masters) and China with 1.2 billion people.
Missing from the list is Australia, which sends the greatest number of foreign tourists to Indonesia.
