For your advice,I have taken it aboard,,,and yes you are right I have mentioned the partnership angle to my friends and they have sort of gone quiet ,,,and yes I was thinking of living there whilst the project was on the way,,just to supervise ,,,and keep my eye on the costings,,,but got told wasnt a good idea,,so I have cooled a little on the idea,,,thanks to all for their input,,,Xana
