Or if you're coming down Jl Petitinget from the North, turn right when you get to Petitinget Café and follow the road down. There's a rickety bridge that you can cross & then enter Mano's that way.
No esky bars or bean bag bars, but Mano is as cheap & cheerful as you'll get on the beach in that area. Prices have gone up a bit since they renovated (added a roof top deck and a few other minor changes) but it's not expensive like P-Head, La Lucc and the like :-)
