I haven't stayed at either hotel but last I week I looked at reviews on both the Ossotel and Mecure Legian on Tripadvisor and Booking.Com
Ossotel had great reviews and I nearly booked it but noticed there is a building site next door and day noise was a problem and comments of the pool being quite cold.
The Mecure Legian was still being built when I was in Bali June 14 and has limited mixed reviews. As a new hotel there appeared to be a few problems still not sorted out...staff copped a bit of flack.
I ended up booking 7 nights at the Sing Ken Ken (Double 6) and 7 nights at the Magani (Jl Melasti).
Booking.Com had both hotels on a special, 7 nights Sing Ken Ken A$760 and 7 nights at Magani A$860.
Happy with those prices.
