Can highly recommend driver we use all the time Gusti. He has an 8 seater air conditioned vehicle and has great English. He charges Rp500 000 per day and nothing is too much for him. Have recommended him a lot on this forum to try and help him get work as there are many drivers now in Bali - many of them not registered for tourism mind you, but Gusti is.
