From the airport there is a fixed price taxi service after clearing customs etc the booking booth is left as you exit just right of the duty free store and this is ok if there isn't a number of you as the taxi boot/trunk can usually only hold two large suit case's and one or two small ones. Then you are better off organising a driver with a van or try to negotiate one at the airport, I find it less of a hassle if I pre-arrange, particularly if it's your first time.
To date from the airport to Sanur/Kuta/Syminyak we have payed 150000rp.
Outside your hotel and along the streets there will be drivers touting their services, just make sure you agree on price and have a look at the car. Price varies depending on how good a negotiator you are and how desperate the driver is for business, half day around 250000-350000rp (aud25-35) and full day can range anywhere from 450000-700000rp (45-70)
