There are a few places from about 70-100 but not with everything you want.
eg Bali Bungalow Villa (in Surfaris Inn) off Jln Mataram but has shared pool

There are 1 bedroom apartments in Jln Kubu Anyar (Kuta Royal Complex)..eg Red Ape Retreat ...but no pool

Kuta/Tuban (Sth Kuta) don't have as many as say Legian and perhaps not as central and if have own pool price is over $100
