i have taken my Cpap around the world in hand luggage with no problem and no cost. It is just a nuisance lugging it around separately. You can also use it in some flights if you advise and pre book access to electrical point. However the Cpap then needs to show an electrical safety tag from an approved source. Happy sleeping.
