TAXI CONFUSION AT AIRPORT

I am totally confused with all the posts about where the Taxi Booth at the Airport is located. They offer conflicting reports as to where it is, how you get to it, inside or outside, near a duty free shop, dufry shop etc etc etc. Can someone please explain specifically where it is located, inside or outside the airport, and any other easy to understand details. Thank you and much appreciated.
