Inbound Duty Free

Hi, I noticed last time I was in Bali that there was a small Shopping Centre behind the Taxi Stand. I can't remember if this was a Duty Free Shop and if it is are Inbound Passengers able to buy Duty Free there to consume in Bali like we can in Australia. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks
