When I was there in October I walked out the arrival doors just after customs. Directly in front of me was a fence with transport drivers standing behind it with signs.
Then you turned to your LEFT to walk towards the taxi counter and duty free store. The taxi counter is on the RIGHT side of the duty free entrance.
Don't tell people they are wrong when they are in fact correct.
