In all honesty it changes, I fly in and out almost fortnightly. I find sometimes I will arrival at 11:30pm and they are closed, 1am and they are open, I've even arrived at 10pm before and they were just finishing up. I gave up with the taxis and now always book with an a driver. Yes its about $5 more but I don't see that as an issue as I know they will be there waiting for me even if I'm delayed or stuck in immigration lines for hours.
