...was required to pay the departure tax (200k) to AA staff whilst checking in, didn't have to go to the PSC desk even though it was manned.
departure tax was checked at Immigrasi upon leaving.
I did not get an email informing me of this, although our friend, who traveled with us, was asked by email from AA to pay an outstanding amount of $44aud before midnight last night for today's midday flight. She didn't do this as we were in party mode when she rec'd it earlier in the evening and thought she would "wing it" and sure enough, it was the 200k x 2 what was "outstanding", that AA asked for. She promptly paid it to them when checking in.
Of course, this delayed check in at the AA counter, we were there 2 hours before the flight and from the time we got to the airport, to the time to get on the plane, every minute of that was taken up by queue's and more queue's...oh and the long walk to gate 10 !
Cheers
