The one I went to is a 24 hour shop in Poppies 1. As you walk up poppies from beach end it is in the large white building on your right. Walk up the lane 10 metres and you will see the sign. There are young men outside to greet you and young women inside at the cashier deask who will sell you the SIM card and set it up on your phone.
