When I was over there last I checked out the phone app called Tinder and there was quite a few local woman and transsexuals advertising on there with contact details. Many stating they'd come to you and including prices.
I didn't use any of their services so I can't give any feedback on how it went.
Some of the people I went there with ended up getting "massages" nearly every night after dinner/drinks. They'd just go to a massage place and during it would ask. Nearly every massage place they went to offered some sort of extra service late at night.
