until 5 PM it should not really be an inconvenience. The majority of tourists are out wandering during that time. However if you wanting to relax and can not, try going for a short stroll to the beach and grab a sun lounge for a few hours.
Remember that this is Sanur not Kuta, there will be no hawkers coming along to annoy you.
