I can not recommend Low Rider Tattoo Studio enough. I have been going to them for 2 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I also love Japanese style tattoos and have both my legs done. One leg a black and grey style Japanese Koi fish tattoo with added extras and the other a colour Japanese Geisha. The tattooist name is Dedi Loji. you should be able to find him on facebook and add him to look through his work.
As far as prices, I saved so much getting mine done in Bali. They seem to charge per design and not an hourly rate, which is great if you have a lot of detail in your tattoos. For both my legs I paid $400 and the result was just to good for words. Ive had no fading or any issues with them.
