with a local guy on Nusa Lembongan....we were staying on Lembongan and we went around Lembongan and over to a couple of spots on Penida....was a great day... I assume you would find someone from mainland Bali as there is a play setup , slides etc just like Lembongan, on Penida....there is also a guy that does motor bike tours around Penida...just google Nusa Penida :) nice spot!
