If you would like to draw, get Danny Gregory's book, 'the Creative License'. It makes all other drawing books, seem like text books. You can't buy it in Australia, but it is not expensive to buy online. He has a good sense of humour (lived in Canberra for a while).
It actually looks like a sketchbook because it is full of sketches and the writing is all handwritten.
