We have used 1cover and Covermore but never had to make a claim. The last couple of trips we have used Southern Cross as they are a lot cheaper but at the same time cover us for what we require. Make sure whatever one you go with that you read the PDS to make sure it covers you for what you need. Also bear in mind that Aus Post, Woolies, RAA, etc are just agents for insurance companies so you may be paying a lot more than if deal directly with an insurance company.
