Try the Bintang supermarket, I got my present card in November and just before leaving topped it up to 150000, when I arrived back in Australia it worked with Optus, still working, will fly back to Bali on 1st March for another month and I will top up again, it came with 6gb of data however I had to top up the data separate to calls. Hope this helps
