Cafe Jemme on Jl Petitinget is beautiful and the food is amazing.
I also really like the Boardwalk at Bali Garden hotel in Kuta, food is delicious, it has a beautiful ambience and reasonably priced. That being said, if it's busy (and it usually is) then the service can be a bit slow.
For somewhere a bit funkier, Mama San in Seminyak was also amazing - but you do pay a premium to eat & drink there :-)
