New hotel being built next door, wasn't a problem when I was there in November. The villas are down this way. Lippo Mall has been finished for awhile, good supermarket there on Level 1. Some shops there, worth a look. With eating it depends what you want to pay, some people like the restaurant across the road, me hate it. Couple of others further up, not flash but okay. Kartika Street, has better ones close to the corner of the street the hotel is in. There is an Italian one first restaurant down on the right, can't remember it's name but the food is good. Mossies don't worry me. They have those gadgets in your room and they spray the resort each week. To be honest I have only seen one mossie the whole time I have been there. It is very hard to state which room you want, I have stayed in both blocks of the cheaper rooms but my fav would have to be Premier Cottages. You can book them on their site much cheaper than going through an agent.
