CPAP user and I don't find I need to use the humidifier in Bali or any of the other Asian countries I visit regularly, in fact I don't use it at home either, though my machine( fisher paykel icon auto) has an inbuilt humidifier rather than an extension one, which would make it easier to use if I ever decided it was needed.
